WIFI, Netflix (from your ph app to the TV), coffee machine, soap & shampoo, electric blankets, laundry facilities, iron, split system & ducted HRV. Our second toilet/powder room is outside just off the veranda under cover. Plenty of free unrestricted street parking right out the front or anywhere in the vicinity.
