Our gorgeous historical cottage is in the heart of Newtown, a premiere suburb in Geelong & extremely convenient to all the city has to offer & on the threshold to the regions incredible highlights. A cute 1850's rendered period home, brimming with 19th century charm, well appointed with all the modern comforts. A charming, freshly renovated home, with crisp linen, gourmet kitchen, fruit trees & private garden. Perfect for relaxing, weekends at the footy or a trip along the Great Ocean Road. The space A sunny living & dining area opens onto a private outdoor area, with patio chairs on the lawn. There’s a vege patch & fruit trees, so help yourselves. Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed. The kitchen & bathroom have been totally renovated (2018). The home is tastefully decorated, with exposed timber beams & original rendered feature walls. WIFI, Netflix (from your ph app to the TV), coffee machine, soap & shampoo, electric blankets, laundry facilities, iron, split system & ducted HRV. Our second toilet/powder room is outside just off the veranda under cover. Plenty of free unrestricted street parking right out the front or anywhere in the vicinity.
