Also the height of the house is 2.3 meters. The house is a basement level s+2 meaning it is like -10 centimeters from the garden level as you may notice in the photos. The house is composed of one parent room having double bad and one children room having two single adult size bed. A big living room with a big 50 inch TV where you can enjoy netflix or Youtube. You can enjoy lunch or dinner in the garden there is a table with a big umbrella for that ! And the best part is the 600 meters shared garden where you can enjoy the view or play sports.. You will find a pull-up bar if you want to try some crossfit ! The beach is equipped with straw umbrellas and available for free to the residents of Africa Jade residence (where the house is located). The Africa Jade residence is composed of many green villas and this is one of them. The Africa Jade has the hotel Africa Jade in it but it is not free to access. A day access may cost around 130dt / person/ day in summer. Guest access All of the home is yours. The 600-meter squares garden is shared with one other home. It's accessible for both.
