This great little house is a fantastically renovated 2 bedroom cottage. One bedroom has 1 king bed, the other 1 queen bed, with extra space available on the pull-out sofa. A great eat-in kitchen, 2 separate living areas, an indoor electric fireplace, 2 bathrooms, and a great fire pit in the back yard round out the space for your entire group to enjoy. The space A spot-on launching pad for your Western NC vacation, this house is just a short 5 minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and it's hundreds of miles of trails. From the town itself, to the GSMNP and the nearby Nantahala Outdoor Center (within 15 miles, they offer rafting for all ages, horseback riding, zip line tours, and much more!), this area is an outdoor lover's paradise! Bring your kayaks and canoes to put in at various spots on the river, and bring them out right at your front steps, enjoy a family evening beside the large fire pit in the backyard, or just relax on the front porch and watch the river go by! Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire house, save for one owner's closet that will remain locked. Otherwise, the house is all yours! Other things to note Upon checking out, please load any dishes in the dishwasher and start it. There should be detergent under the kitchen sink. Taking out trash is not necessary, but if you choose to, please put it in one of the cans outside by the road.
