If you are looking for privacy and high-end accommodations, this will not be the place for you. The NEIGHBORHOOD is nothing fancy! We live in an impoverished area and share our world with many unhoused people on the edge of society. If this makes you uncomfortable, please DO NOT book! This funky 500 square foot apartment has room for 3-4 to sleep comfortably with 1 queen beds and a double pull-out couch. The house is older (for Tucson) with lots of artistic tile work. We recently upgraded the kitchen and freshly painted with zero VOC paints. It also comes with a whole-house water filter, so every faucet has fresh, delicious water! This unique property has 2 other Airbnbs as well as the host's house all sharing a large back yard with with private hot tub area available to all. We are cat lovers and have a healthy, thriving feral cat colony we feed. If you love cats, you should be very happy here!!
