The space We are in a flat area with daytime sun, surrounded by trees. We have a non-heated pool open year round. Plenty of off-street parking. Lounge equipment by the pool. Nice night time setting-if a clear night, excellent star gazing because no ambient light. Guest access Guests will have their own private space in the three large rooms and private bathroom. T V in both rooms, and DVD player in the twin bed room. 1 bedroom, Cal King bed, , 1 bedroom, double bed. Kitchenette room has twin bed w/ eating / work table. Fridge/micro wave/ hot water and coffee-tea-juice & candies supplied. Guests can of course walk around inside and outside, if there is a need to actually cook, guests can use house communal kitchen, and outside bar-be-que, weather permitting, and we are usually here to answer questions and give guidance. Privacy assured by solid core door in 2 story structure. The completely private space is up the spiral staircase at the end of the hall. During your stay We are mono-lingual, thus can reply in English only, although we do have some "translator" capacity on the computer. We are in a rural area and suggest whether coming through the town of Fairfax or from the coast (through Pt. Reyes Station), that you buy what you want to eat because there are no grocery stores nearby except a deli in both Woodacre and Lagunitas for things you might not have had on your mind when in town. Other things to note In the summer and fall it can be very warm here, because we are within the "coastal zone" we can get some chilly weather in the spring and maybe June, in the evenings. Although not opting to do loads of laundry, if there is a "need" I am surely willing to do a "load" on site.
