The house is split over three floors: the basement, accessible from the garage, where you'll find a modern gym and play area for toddlers and a fully equipped laundry room with iron and washing machine and bath and shower. On the first floor, accessible via the stairs, you enter the modern living room with equipped kitchen. This is the most beautiful space of the house: from here you can access the well-kept garden that enjoys views of the promontory of Bellagio and of the lake. Just imagine being at the table with your family and your friends and admire the delightful view from the outdoor patio or relax on the deckchairs. On the same floor there is a bathroom and a studio: this room becomes a modern bedroom with foldaway bed. The ground floor is accessible directly It is possible to access the ground floor directly from the outside. Going up the stairs, you reach the sleeping area consisting of: main room with double bed, private bathroom with shower and access to the terrace; Double bedroom (double bed or twin beds) and children's room with bunk beds and lots of games; 1 bathroom with shower.
