If necessary, the living room sofa can easily be transformed into a comfortable double bed. It is a well-kept place, with air conditioning, set in a qualified environment, full of greenery, quiet, consisting of a complex of villas, very suitable for the sea and holidays. The garden and outdoor spaces, enclosed by walls and gates, allow you to live freely, eat meals outdoors, and dedicate yourself to reading, conversation, and hobbies.
