The space I provide is independent and is the only part of the property that I rent. It is located a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sperlonga and Gaeta. The environment is ideal for those looking for a little relaxation after the sea. It is located a short distance from Fondi and Formia (about 15 minutes) During the high season, you cannot book for one person. The space In front of the entrance door there is a pergola equipped with a table for outdoor dining while enjoying a beautiful view. Upstairs there is also a barbecue to be used in common. The pool and solarium are located on the upper level. The swimming pool and solarium can be used in common. Guest access Once you cross the gate, in the courtyard at the end there is the exclusive entrance to the two-room apartment, while at the beginning of the courtyard there are the stairs that lead to the upper floor where I live. The two rooms are independent. Other things to note The castle and the museum of brigandage are two attractions of Itri that deserve to be visited .
