One block to International Drive’s restaurants & public transport. ICON Wheel, SeaWorld, Conv Center, Shopping Malls + Disney nearby. Updated kitchen + bath. New queen bed + full pullout sofa. Granite countertops, 2 burners, fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, dishes. The space The room has a small balcony. The condo - sleeping area, bath, tv area and kitchen - is a private space for your use only and it has a private entrance off an interior hallway as you would find in an apartment building. The balcony is also for your use only. Shared access is to amenities like pools, gym and laundry rooms. Most comfortable for 3 adults or 2 adults 2 children. Sleeps up to 4 using sofabed. WiFi - We have complimentary but weak wifi. If it's an option, use your phone's personal hotspot for a more secure signal. Many nearby restaurants and cafes nearby have faster internet. This was one of our vacation condos but we're local now, so we took over management of it with the help of our co-host Liz. She lives nearby, so don't hesitate to call her and her team for assistance! There are inexpensive breakfast options at the restaurant adjacent to the main lobby once again. The restaurant and bar might be open in the evenings. Hours and offerings subject to change without notice. Plenty of options nearby by foot, bus, or car. Guest access Laundry facilities are on the 3rd and 4th floors. Each load is $2.50 per wash or dry.
