LOCATION: The flat is in a historical building situated in the Galata area close to Istiklal Avenue that takes you through the heart of Istanbul's commercial and entertainment Pedestrian Boulevard, leading to the famous Taksim Square. Central for all travel connections. (i.e. 5 minutes walk to the conventional ferries, tramway and Şişhane subway station.) The 3-bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor, Building was constructed 150 years ago but newly restored. It has atmosphere and some history. In a part of Istanbul that is somehow inbetween. Not the distinguished upperclass-comfort-perfumesmelling goldclass, and not the conformity of new buildings. Perfect heat insulation. Apartment doesn't have airconditioning however massive walls keep the apartment quite cold. First room has a doublebed and a comfortable couch, second room has a doublebed and a mattress on the maltese balcony. (Galata glimpes from Maltese Balcony) Each room measures 14 square meters size with 3.5 m. high ceilings. The flat is 120 square meters in total. With comfortable full-size beds, you'll sleep very well. Second room has a doublebed and a drop down couch. Third room has a doublebed and is attached to a bathroom There is one huge bathroom with a large tub and shower, plus one smaller bathroom. You can chit-chat with your friends while you are cooking in the big kitchen, and eat in the lovely dining room. Floors and ceilings are made of beautiful wood. Guest access Fast ADSL connection and free wifi throughout the apartment.. Fans are provided in the summer. Other Basic Amenities include hair dryer, quality house linens and towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fridge/freezer, and spring water.
