The space Featuring 1 bedroom with double bed, an open space living room with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), and one bathroom with walk-in shower, this flat has space up to 4 people as we have a super comfy sofa bed (easily openable and ready in 10seconds by 1 person) in the living room. We provide all the linens, towels, cable TV and fast fiber WIFI for your remote work meetings! Enjoy the breathtaking river view after the day exploring the historical city center, at the beach, or climbing the stairs of Monte Santa Luzia! Important notes: No elevator in the building (apartment located in 2nd floor). Cleaning once per week included (for stays over 1 week) with linens and towels replacement; extra cleaning is available upon request and extra fee. Crib available on request.
