Ideal location, comfortable, 1-bedroom apartment

You'll feel at home in this comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom apartment. I used to work in the hospitality/tourism industry and as a family, we love to travel, so we want our guests to have the best possible experience at our home. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. The space The apartment is the entire ground floor of the house and includes it’s own private entrance. The master bedroom has a KING bed and plenty of closet space. The living room door leads out to the backyard, so very convenient if you bring your dog(s) or want to use the BBQ and picnic table area. The living room includes a long couch (about 2 meters long), so comfortable for a teenager or adult to sleep on. Plenty of extra linens, towels and pillows are provided for a 3rd person. No more than 3 people please (unless it is a child and we are made aware ahead of time) because there simply isn’t enough space to comfortably accommodate more than 3 adults. Dining table can be expanded, so easy to use as a workspace. And the television has Foxtel, Netflix, and just about anything you can want. The area linking the bedroom and living room includes the kitchen, with fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, four burner stove, oven, and all cutlery and cooking needs (pots, pans, etc.). Washing machine and detergent supplied as well. Separate toilet and bathroom. Towels, extra linens and basics (soap, shampoo, etc) are also provided. We are happy to welcome no more than two well-behaved, house-trained dogs. For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that furry friends be under 20kg. Please let me know if you have any questions. We aim to please! Guest access You are welcome to use the backyard, picnic table and BBQ. We do use this area as well, so you may see us in passing. When using the outdoor area, please keep in mind this is a neighbourhood and we don’t want to disturb anyone. With that being said, please limit noise and use after 9pm. Our sausage dog spends a lot of time in the yard, but she loves visitors and other dogs. You are welcome to spend time with her and she will love you instantly. There is a bus stop headed toward the city about 100m from our front door. Graceville train station is a 5 minute walk. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distance. You can park in the side street opposite our property. You can also park on Oxley Road opposite our home at any time. You can park on our side of Oxley Road as well, but parking is prohibited 7-9am and 4-6pm. Other things to note Gold Coast is a 45 minute drive. Sunshine Coast is an easy 80 minute drive. The neighbourhood is beautiful with lots of parks and green spaces. We spend a lot of time walking in the area, which is very safe. If you wish to have guests visit during your stay, please let us know and ensure they are respectful and not coming and going at all hours. We are a family with a child; we will do everything to make your stay pleasant and appreciate you extending us the same courtesy. Thank you in advance! :)
