This luxury 5 bedroom Simbithi home is a holidaymaker’s DREAM and its private setting on the edge of a lush indigenous forest gives it a serene feel. The property has lots of space with big open plan living areas, large rooms and multiple indoor & outdoor entertainment/relaxation areas. The Estate is an extremely safe and beautiful environment with lots of bird and wildlife. There are fantastic walking and mountain bike trails, fishing dams, children’s playgrounds, picnic and braai spots. The space The house consists of 3 identical external bedrooms (1 King & 2 Queen Beds) all en-suite and with aircon. The garden, solar-heated pool, living and entertainment area are all on one level. Note: The pool has a cover and therefore is safe for small kids. There is a fully fitted kitchen which leads onto a casual sitting area as well as a TV Lounge. This flows on to a large undercover patio where you can enjoy dining alfresco style or make yourself comfortable in the outdoor lounge and enjoy the magnificent view of the forest. Downstairs is the master bedroom (King) en-suite as well as a children’s en-suite bedroom (2 single beds). There is also a large children’s play room complete with TV as well as another Queen Bed should you require extra space. Both bedrooms open onto a wooden deck which overlooks the forest. All of the downstairs rooms also have aircons and fans. There is comfortable parking for between 4 and 6 cars. The house is a 7 minute drive from the beach, a 5 minute drive to the nearest shopping centre and market and only 15 mins from the airport. Other things to note Guest access Simbithi is a secure estate. Access codes will be supplied on arrival, and forms will be submitted to the security office to arrange for guests to have their fingerprints recorded to ensure convenient access and exit to the estate.
