Wooden chalet in Donezan, Pyrenees

Wooden cottage in the heart of nature but only 600 m from the village, with a beautiful view of the Donezan. The chalet can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, or 5 adults maximum (bunk bed!). The space Not overlooked, even if a house is located behind the cottage, it is only visible at the level of the garage, but not in the garden, nor on the terrace, nor by any of the windows. Absolute calm and beautiful view of the Donezan, as it is located 600 m from the village in a cul-de-sac. Please read all of this information to the end, especially for dog owners. The Cottage: Two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and wardrobe, the other with 2 bunk beds and children's games. On the open mezzanine: a large bed. For an area of 80 m2 on the ground floor, plus 30 m2 of mezzanine (bedroom and TV area). The Garden: - Bench, picnic table and barbecue in the grassy area, - Parking space large enough for a play area. - 2 wooden shelters: - 1 for snow shovel storage, desalting salt,... - 1 for storage of garden chairs, parasol for summer, and sleds and ski storage place for the winter, - Firewood storage area, - a vegetable garden area: totally private unless by prior arrangement, - A garage: with washing machine (only for weekly rentals) Welcoming our furry friends: Dogs are accepted, but following overflows we are obliged to introduce some constraints: - 2 dogs only per group, - tenants must bring the equipment for the dog's bedding: basket, blanket, etc., - waste must be removed, - dogs must not climb on the mezzanine, - They must not sleep on the beds or on the sofa, otherwise the dry cleaning (45 min drive to reach the 1st dry cleaner, not accessible in winter!) will be charged 45 euros. The village and its shops, 10 minutes' walk: grocery store, tobacco, post office, bank, restaurant, takeaway pizzas, fish farm and Citysport park In the other villages nearby, free summer swimming pool, children's games, restaurant. Guest access In case we can't accommodate you, many brochures are available in the cottage on possible activities within a 50 km radius, and access to the most beautiful local walks are detailed. In this case, a key box is available for self check-in. Other things to note For your information, towels are not provided for stays shorter than a week. Similarly, the washing machine is only available for weekly rentals, and in winter it will depend on the outside temperature (risk of frost).
