Nice Private Studio in Exceptional Area

LOCATION, PRIVACY AND GREAT PRICE. The Studio is for ONE PERSON ONLY. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE PREMISES INCLUDING e-CIGARETTES. NO DRUGS, NO PARTIES, NO DRINKING. Please refer to the detailed description to avoid inconvenience for you and for me. The space Brickell, Downtown Miami and Coral Gables are lat 10 min drive. South Beach is about 20 min drive. Walking distance (about 10 min) from historic Calle 8. You will have more privacy than a hostel, have a nice place to stay and still be able to interact with locals. The studio is very centrally located in the city. The studio is conveniently located and its accessibility to many areas of interest is what other guests are really excited when they arrive. Historic Calle 8; where there are many popular bars, cigar shops, restaurants, galleries and places of interest are about 10 min walk. Brickell, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove are all about 10 minutes drive or less away from the house. Key Biscayne where many locals prefer to go to the beach is also about 5 min drive or 10 min by bike from the house. For students and professionals coming to Miami for internships in the Brickell, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables area and Jackson Miami Hospital studio is very conveniently located about 10 min drive from any of those locations. Studio is totally independent from the main house which makes it very private and appealing for all guests. Wi-fi, computer desk and chair. Smart TV, DVD Player with surround sound, Microwave, Air Fryer, Programmable Coffee Maker or Espresso Machine , Remote Controlled Air Conditioning. There’s is an outside area, with a counter and a sink that guest can use to cook and then take inside. No cooking inside the studio is allowed. BBQ grill is also available and there’s a patio set that guest can use as well. Linens provided (sheets, towels and bath mat) on a weekly basis or more often if requested. Laundry service available (weekly and NOT included in the price) I live in the main house and any questions that the guest may have, I will be available for the guest. I will also recommend to the best of my knowledge about places of where to go eat, shop and enjoy the city at its best. Whether you are coming on vacation and enjoy the city, for a temporary job or simply an internship this is a great location. From entertainment places, restaurants, well known firms, universities and hospitals that employ many in the city the studio is very close to most popular areas of Miami. Also, many good places around the house where locals go for eating and entertainment. From very fresh and inexpensive food to very high end and sophisticated food as well the house is very close to any of those places. Close to Vizcaya Museum & Gardens and the Museum of Science. If you are a runner, you could even go to the beach in Key Biscayne running. Many locals go running or biking to that area. No car? Nothing to worry about. Public transportation is very accessible (bus stop) is less than a block away that would connect you to other routes as well as the metro rail. Metro rail station is like 20 minutes walking distance from the house if you prefer to walk. Also, there is a Trolley (small bus) service which is free of charge and can be taken at a couple of locations and it will take you to many places including Brickell, Coral Gables and Downtown Miami. Security Deposit is NOT NEGOTIABLE and it is DUE UPON ARRIVAL. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND if guess decides to leave the property prior to the last day booked through this site. Guest access Guess has a small private patio but AS A COURTESY I will allow to access my patio where the guest will have the opportunity to use the BBQ grill if desired. Other things to note The Studio is for ONE PERSON ONLY. NO SMOKING NOT JUST IN THE STUDIO BUT IN THE PREMISES AS WELL. NO SMOKING INCLUDES e-CIGARETTES. NO DRUGS, NO PARTIES, NO DRINKING. Violation of any of the previous rules established by owner will result in making the reservation VOID and the guest will have to vacate the studio and find another place and leave the premises. Guest will NOT be entitled to be reimbursed for any expenses and WILL NOT be refunded for any amount paid.
