Spacious and modern with upstairs bedroom with ensuite and balcony, separate from the rest of the house for your privacy. You can swim or fish from the jetty (sorry,NO BOATS ALLOWED) or just enjoy the view from the balcony. 25 minute walk to town or just a 4 minute drive.Private check in and check out. The space This is a two storey house with a bedroom and ensuite upstairs and two bedrooms and a living area downstairs. Modern open plan living area with open plan, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Coffee machine, fridge with water and ice, coffee, tea, spreads. Gas fireplace, gas BBQ, central heating and cooling. This place isn't huge but it"s cosy and inviting with calming views of the canal from the lounge room or upstairs bedroom windows. Feel free to go down to the jetty and relax with your feet in the water. Two kayaks are also available to explore the canal. Linen and towels are supplied. Guest access Parking is available for two cars in a shared driveway. It is a self check-in home. There are security cameras located OUTSIDE ONLY, so privacy is assured. Town and shops are a 25 minute walk or 4 minute drive. Lovely walking or fishing spots are a 10 minute walk away on Fort King Island Walking Track or alternatively an 8 minute walk to the Foreshore Reserve open Lake Other things to note The Jetty is shared with the neighbours. NO BOATS ALLOWED!! Please note there is no front yard or backyard as such (only small strip at the back of the house) Driveway is shared with the neighbours so there is only room for two cars in front of the garage.
