A self contained independent private top floor apartment above a luxury mansion to rent. Across the road is a bus stop which can take you to the heart of Grand Baie; for night life, local cuisines, shopping, supermarkets, renowned beaches, water activities and tours. We have good relations with a car rental service (subject to their availability, car photo in the gallery) Your appartment has a balcony overlooking Ile Aux Gabrielle and Coin de Mire. Be sure to check the weather prior to your booking, for examples cyclonic times, rainy seasons at certain times of the year, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for any of the above situations. Please also be aware that if we recommend you goods or services from local businesses we cannot be responsible for any situations or bad service that may arise for any of your dealings with them. It is highly recommended that your take out your own insurances such as travel insurances, healthcare insurances, etc. Should you incur any accidents whilst you are within your rented premises or the swimming pool and the surrounding area you should insure that you have adequate insurance/healthcare cover as we are unable to cover you for such incidents. You should also take due care and sensible precautions for example wearing non slip footwear when using pool and the pool side area or when ascending and descending from stairs or leaning over any balcony(s). Accessing the roofing area is not permitted. Please be aware that this is a no-smoking house in all parts of the internal premises. There is a designated external area for smoking. We have very few house rules but please abide by the house rules as designated by the owner, the owner reserves the right to terminate the lease immediately with no refund for any unreasonable behaviour. Generally we have a very relaxed attitude, are very welcoming and approachable. Our aim is always for you to come and have a good time and enjoy your holiday.
