First floor villa located on the 17th green of award winning True Blue Plantation Golf Course. There are two (2) Master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Third bedroom contains two (2) additional twin beds. The villa sleeps 6. The space Villa 20A is a first floor end unit with lots of windows, which bathe the interior in sunlight. A pair of sliding doors open to a screened-in porch overlooking the 17th green, clubhouse, and a large lake with frequent wildlife and waterfowl sightings. True Blue has four pool areas. The closest pool area is diagonal from the villa and contains a whirlpool. The largest pool complex at True Blue is located up the lane near the tennis courts. All pool areas at True Blue are open seasonally. Historically, one pool area at True Blue is kept open during the winter. There is a large flat screen TV in living room with smaller flat screens in each of the 3 bedrooms. Guest access Fully equipped kitchen with full size stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Villa has its own interior washer and dryer. Linens (including bath and pool towels), iron, ironing board, hairdryers, and initial toiletries provided. Dining room table seats 6. Due to high demand during summer months, early check-in (before 4pm) is not available. Other things to note Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Nearby is an extensive network of walking and bike paths/trails. Villa is situated on the award-winning True Blue Plantation golf course. On site there is a golf school, driving range, grill, and pro shop. True Blue is located across the street from another award-winning golf course Caledonia Golf and Fish Club. There are also 5 other outstanding golf courses for your playing enjoyment within a few miles. Foodies love Pawleys Island for its top-rated restaurants and the availability of having 5 different supermarkets in which to gather the ingredients to serve the perfect meal in the villa.
