Min-y-don cottage is a fully equipped traditional Welsh stone built cottage with double glazing and gas central heating. It retains it's original oak beams but has a full width staircase for easy access between floors. On the ground floor It has an open lounge-diner with a sofa bed whilst upstairs is a separate double bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The cottage comes with it's own private gated parking space. It's placed within seconds of all town amenities. The space The cottage has it's own private outside gated patio area with seating. Previous guests find this ideal to allow their dogs somewhere to sit in safety.The parking space provided for guests is in our own houses's private carpark immediately next to the cottage. The convenience of the town centre position combined with the safe parking is something many of our repeat customers comment on. It is almost unique in that respect on the harbour end of town.
