Gorgeous Converted Chapel in the Heart of Topsham

Victoria Chapel is in a quiet lane in the heart of beautiful Topsham, a few seconds walk from the Exe Estuary. The space Great for families or groups of friends. Three big double bedrooms, all with super king-size beds, two can be split into singles for a total of up to 5 beds for 6 people. For younger kids please be aware there is a galleried floor. Guest access Accessible easily by car or train from London. We are 5 minutes from Junction 30 of the M5. Take the fast train to Exeter and hop on the coastal shuttle about 15 minutes into Topsham, or a local cab. The house is three minutes walk from Topsham station. There's even a car club if you want to come by train and still have the convenience of a car to explore the local countryside. Other things to note Topsham was voted the best place to live in the South West in 2019 by the Sunday Times. Only a few minutes from Exeter and all its urban charms, Topsham sits in the heart of the Exe Estuary nature reserve, with the fabulous Ex-Trail along both sides that is an ideal way to explore the countryside on foot or by bike. Lots of quaint little towns and villages all along the coast. The perfect pub-crawl can be done by train, stopping at Exton, Lympstone and Exmouth with no worries about being breathalysed!
