Cozy bright cottage on Mattagami Lake

Lovely cozy cottage with lots of windows, located in remote Northern Ontario. The cottage is surrounded with mature trees providing lots of privacy for your morning coffee on the deck. Quiet setting and although it can sleep 6 adults, it is ideal for 2 couples or a small family. The space Access to the entire cottage, the decks, the fire pit, and the entire yard. The large dock is shared with the owners and there is room to dock your own boat. Free use of our kayaks (shared with owners). Bring your own life jackets. We access the property to water & cut the lawn, and access shed & garage. Our super friendly Boston Terrier will roam between both properties. Guest access Access to fair wifi and cell service, not 100% reliable. Access to fire pit (limited fire wood included, feel free to bring your own). You must adhere to local fire restrictions. Use of BBQ (propane included). No access to other garages or sheds on the property. No access to owner`s boat. Free use of our kayaks (that are shared with owners). Bring your own life jackets. Other things to note Bring your own beach towels. Bring your own bug spray, June is black fly season. Fair wifi and cell reception; wifi is NOT 100% reliable.
