House on the banks of the Thouet

Our house by the river welcomes you in a quiet and green setting. With its independent entrance and its designated parking space, we welcome you for your vacation, your outings, or for any business trip. A charming, bright house, comfortable and very well equipped for up to 4 people, with 1 double bed and 1 good quality sofa bed Views of the Thouet Bedding (new mattress and bed base) Close to: #Thouars, #Saint-Varent and #Airvault. The space Independent and autonomous entrance (lockbox) The accommodation includes: - A separate bedroom with a double bed: duvet, pillows, blanket on site (sheets provided and bed made from 3 nights) OPTION: for one night or 2 nights you can take the sheets/towels option on request at the rate of: 1 bed and towels = €20 2 beds and towels = €30 + 1 umbrella bed in the closet (without sheets) - A living room with TV (many TNT channels as well as radio channels), sofa bed (bed not made for the sofa) - Kitchen equipped with oven/microwave, stovetop, large fridge with freezer section, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto, coffee maker and all kitchen necessities - A shower room - Separate toilet - Washing machine, iron are at your disposal - Garden table and chairs on the terrace as well as a barbecue - - Kitchen towels provided - Parking space in front of the house - Private courtyard with green space. - The accommodation is non-smoking For your moments of relaxation, the accommodation includes a shaded garden separated into 2 parts by a small gate for access to the river, sunbathing is at your disposal. Upon departure, the house must be left as clean as when you arrived. If this is not the case, a cleaning service will be charged to you via the platform. You will find everything you need for cleaning in the house We remain fully at your disposal for any questions regarding the accommodation. Other things to note Some outings: close to Thouars, the house is located 5 km from all shops, 13 km from an aquatic center, 15 min from the Château d'Oiron, halfway between the Puy du Fou (1 hour) and the Futuroscope (1 hour), 1 hour from the Marais Poitevin, 30 min from Saumur (Château de la Loire), 30 min from the Doué La Fontaine Zoo, and 30 min from Center Parc. It is ideally located on the GR36 trail (10 min from downtown Thouars, where a market is held every day except Monday, and is located on the "Vélo Francette" circuit with a secure courtyard to store the bikes). Many hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, equestrian center nearby to discover all the riches of our region. Nature lovers will find their paradise, landscapes and hikes, the river for fishing as well as kayak trips (by reservation)
