Our apartment is beach front. With just a quick walk downstairs, you are on the sand or relaxing by the pool. The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Direct beach access from pool area is open:) Guest access You'll be able to access the entire apartment except for one locked closet. Other things to note We often have tight turn around times with guests moving out and in the same day. If you request a late move in/out we will do our best to accommodate you, but it may not be possible during the summer. That being said, you are welcome to get there early and park your car, take care of getting your parking pass etc at the front office, and relax on the beach/at the pool until your move in time!
