The space Special Implementations due to COVID-19: With the current effect of COVID-19, safety and protection is what every guest is looking for. We have implemented the following key aspects to make sure your stay at our apartment is safe and comfortable: - Face masks whenever you need them. - Thermometer available at the apartment. - Hand Sanitiser at different locations of the apartment. - Disinfecting of most parts of the property (especially items that are more accessible to guests). - Delivering of groceries, medicine and whatever you require at your doorstep. Apart from these, anything that you may require will be priority to us and we will make sure to fulfil it. River's Edge Residencies - an Overview: Our apartment, as visible in the photos, has a very secluded and calm surrounding. The design of the apartment is in such a way that it is on a comparatively lower level, thus drastically reducing any surrounding disturbance. Calmness and peace throughout your stay is guaranteed with such a design. The location of our apartment is unique as it is only, - 15 minutes away from the Capital City of Colombo - 10 minutes away from the Southern Highway (E01) - 10 minutes away from the Colombo-Katunayake Expressway (E03) / Airport Residing right beside the Kelani River, you would be entitled to enjoy the amazing view alongside the beautiful breeze flowing in the air with just one step outside. With 3 extremely luxury and comfortable bedrooms, this is ideal for anyone looking for a stay with exquisite comfort, relaxation and privacy. The indoors of the apartment is very spacious to move around. The design of the apartment caters to any of your needs of travel. Be it a family getaway, a business trip, a secluded getaway, a stay for relaxation and brainstorming or even a transit point to the Airport before or after your flight, River's Edge Residencies is guaranteed to satisfy your expectations. The apartment is right beside the Kelaniya River. The bund along the river is filled with great amounts of greenery. A walk or a cycle ride along the bund with the view of the river and the breeze flowing is indeed a great form of relaxation. We offer 2 bicycles for free at our apartment which you could use for travelling around the area or just a ride along the bund :) The apartment comprises of a fully equipped kitchen to create a simple dinner, to bake a cake or even to the extent of cooking a complex Master Chef styled dish ;) Essential services close by: Supermarkets (Keells and Cargills) - 5 minutes ATM - 5 minutes Pharmacy - 5 minutes Gym - 5 minutes You could reach the above places on foot. However, if transport is required we would be more than happy to help you out :) Fast Food Restaurants (McDonald's, KFC, PizzaHut, etc..) - 10 minute drive. UberEats & PickMe foods captures some great restaurants to the apartment where you could get your food delivered to your doorstep, on days that cooking is not on your mind. The Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya which is a great heritage to Sri Lanka is right next to the apartment. During the month of January, the 'Duruthu Perehera' is hosted by the Kelani Raja Maha Viharaya. This is a one of a kind experience if you are here to witness the Sri Lankan culture. Guest access The entire villa and each and every facility within the apartment is ALL YOURS! Other things to note - Please note that no parties are allowed at the villa. - Please make sure all electrical appliances are switched off when not in use. - Please make sure that all doors and windows are closed when the Air Conditioner is switched on. We perform constant pest control treatments to the villa to keep the villa free from pests!
