Fish or swim in the creek, (kayak provided), salt water pool and explore the beautiful grounds! No parties. I live upstairs and the Airbnb is the whole downstairs including the backyard (about an acre or more), pool and creek. 3 large bedrooms, full kitchen, pool table, salt pool, gas grill...private and quiet! *Please note… The half bath, which has a toilet and a sink with only cold water, is out in the pool house beside the pool. I have two bicycles you may use, but you must sign a waiver that you are responsible for any injuries you may encounter. ***30 to 40 minute drive to Pensacola Beach depending on the traffic. It is about a 25 minute drive to NAS Pensacola. Parking is in the back and right next to the porch. I have a sprinkler system so please no driving on the grass. You will have approximately 2,000 ft.² to spread out and relax in, along with a very large yard that leads down to a beautiful creek. You will not be sharing this space with anyone else. The large screened porch is very comfortable and relaxing. ****—- I am not allowing parties. I can allow for a few visitors, but everything must be approved by me. 4 visitors are free as long as none of them spend the night. Please let me know in advance. You will have to sign a form once you get here saying that you are responsible for your visitors. No driving on any grass areas including the front yard by the road because I have a sprinkler system. I provide the cooking basics… dishes, utensils, pots and pans, salt and pepper, some spices and herbs, etc. for your use if you would like to cook. I have a barbecue gas grill and small charcoal grill just for your use. Parking is right by the door of the porch which leads into the guest quarters. Absolutely no parking in front of the pool or near it. There is plenty of parking down the blacktop road and two spaces beside the back porch. There are no stairs or real steps to get in and out of the house. I am always happy to allow interaction with the animals, answer questions and assist you in anyway I can to make your visit a relaxing and awesome experience. There are chickens and goats in some areas, but they can be put up if needed. The chickens are there to give us fresh eggs and they are more like pets. There is a beautiful wooden walking trail five minute walk from my home and it is a historical area called Arcadia Mill. There is a deep water creek in back of the property that is accessible. Easy to get to I 10, the beach and Pensacola. It can take anywhere from 3o to 45 minutes to drive from my property to Pensacola or Navarre beach, depending on the time of day. If there will be extra people visiting especially children, I will need to approve this. 4 visitors max. Responsible on any of the grassy areas even in the front by the road, because of the sprinkler system. Because the chickens do what they do… poop...I will gladly keep them up during your stay with your request if it bothers you. I go barefoot at the creek, but some people may find it helpful to wear boat shoes if they want. Absolutely no young children or children who cannot swim at the creek unless they are holding the hand of an adult.
