Originally built in the 17th century, this historic Palace has been beautifully restored while preserving its original character. Once home to the Count of Bayona, Viscount of Almocaden and Count of Peraleja, the building was later divided into unique apartments . Your comfortable oasis: Our apartment features a double bed (150cm x 190cm), a modern bathroom, and an open kitchen. The living room has got high ceilings and a beautiful exposed stone wall. Located in the San Miguel neighbourhood, renowned for its flamenco roots and historic palaces, you're surrounded by sherry bars (Tabancos), restaurants, and shops. Convenient Location: Enjoy easy access to Jerez's main destinations, including the Alcázar, Cathedral, Plaza del Arenal, San Miguel Church, Villamarta Theatre, Tío Pepe Winery and City Hall to name a few. Additional Services provided: - Parking under the building (subject to availability).The cost is 30€ for the whole length of your stay. Please enquire to avoid disappointment. -If the one under the building is not available, I can help you booking a parking space in the nearby Plaza del Arenal underground parking, just a few steps of the apartment. - Super-late check-out: Our super-late check-out allows you to stay until 18:00 PM for an additional €30. (Depending on availability, please enquire at least one or two days before your departure). Payments are always made via Airbnb. Guest access - Optional rental of parking space under the building (30€ for the whole stay) - Communal rooftop with panoramic views to dry clothes - Communal patios. Other things to note - The apartment is located on the second floor of a listed building. No lift is available. - Check-in after 21.00pm and no longer than 23.00pm incur in 30euros added to the reservation. Please let us know if you require this service. - We can’t offer check-ins after 23.00pm.
