Little Barn is situated in the heart of the beautiful estuary village of Aveton Gifford. It is in the perfect location for accessing all the stunning local beaches and pretty coastal towns as well as being in striking distance of Dartmoor national Park. Little Barn is a sanctuary of calm where you can relax and unwind at the end of the day. The space Little Barn is attached to the hosts accommodation but has its own separate entrance. Guest access The accommodation has its own outside patio area (as shown in the photos) which catches the sun in the mornings and in the late afternoon and evening. Perfect for breakfast or evening drinks and meals.
