If you want a quiet, peaceful, country holiday with the seaside thrown in and a warm welcome from the owners this is the place for you. Our accommodation is a self contained area within a larger house, it is newly decorated with light open rooms some of which are double aspect making the most of our beautiful local scenery. 1 small dog allowed at £30 per stay by prior arrangement The village is between Ilfracombe and Barnstaple, a stones throw from surfing hotspots and Exmoor. The space The accommodation includes: - 2 double bedrooms(one with twin beds) with wardrobes dressers and mirrors. - Family bathroom with bath, wash basin and separate WC next door. - Separate shower room with electric shower. - Kitchen diner containing an oven, grill, electric hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and all essential utensils required for a self catering stay. - Lounge with seating for 4 people, Freeview TV, WIFI - Large south facing, walled garden with plenty of grass to kick a ball around. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to a self contained area within a larger house. Guests can enjoy a large airy lounge, sunny kitchen diner, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with separate shower room. Also included is a Freeview TV, WIFI, games and books as well as leaflets for some of North Devon's most popular local attractions. Other things to note I do allow one small, well behaved dog, which must not be left unattended at the property. There is also a £30 fee for your stay.
