On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, there is an elegant sea-view suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The suite overlooks a small terrace with a beautiful sea view. It is possible to reach the village of Scopello where there are bars and restaurants or the market, comfortably on foot. Guest access The villa is totally private. Other things to note • The Municipality of Castellammare del Golfo applies a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Children under 12 years of age and adults over 75 are exempt from payment. The tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in. Please make sure to have coins with you upon arrival. • In accordance with Italian regulations, all guests must present a valid ID at check-in and sign the rental agreement.
