This home is the corner unit in a small development of four townhouses within Zimbali. The house is surrounded by wooden decks and features fantastic entertainment areas and a small pool. Each of the three bedrooms opens out onto a private balcony while the bathrooms feature state-of-the-art fittings. The main bedroom has a king size bed and full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. The second and third bedrooms will share a bathroom. There is an inverter that powers the TV, Wi-Fi and one lamp during blackouts. A cleaning service comes to the house before and after your stay. Should you require a cleaning service during your stay, please advise. Other features include a small wine cellar, a gas oven, a Weber gas BBQ, a Samsung HD smart TV, an outdoor shower, beautiful fittings and furnishings, and a golf cart. The house has ducted aircon throughout, a heater indoors and heating units on the patio. Zimbali Coastal Resort is situated on the north coast of KwaZulu-Natal, 12 minutes drive from King Shaka International Airport and 30 minutes from Durban. The holiday town of Ballito is a mere 5 minutes drive away and is home to many shops and restaurants. Ballito is also home to some of KwaZulu-Natal's best surfing and bathing beaches.
