Country house near Châtelaillon-Plage

New house (93m2), 5 km from the entrance to the pretty seaside resort of Châtelaillon-plage, 5km from the 4-lane junction for La Rochelle 13km, Rochefort 19km, Fouras 15km, 20mn from the Ile de Ré bridge and 40mn from Ile d'Oléron. My house is located off a housing estate in a green setting in an extremely quiet hamlet. South-facing terrace and lounge overlooking a field, not overlooked. Private parking (2 to 3 spaces). The space This single-storey house is very pleasant to live in. The night area is well separated from the day area, allowing some people to rest easily while others continue their activities. The bright main living area overlooks the terrace and surrounding greenery. You'll find all the personality and facilities of a house lived in all year round. I'd like to make it clear that I provide the basic equipment, as well as sheets and towels, but not beach towels. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, apart from 1 private storage room. Other things to note The house is set back a few metres from the small Place de la Liberté, making it even quieter. The living room and terrace are not overlooked. Please note : part of the garden overlooks a ditch (1.50 m deep) with no railings: not recommended for young children. The entrance step and the width of the internal doors do not allow wheelchair access.
