Our beautiful little finca on the edge of the village of Algaida is located on a plot of almost 2000 m². In addition to fig trees, agave and palm trees, there are also orange, apricot and plum trees, ear cacti with cactus figs and of course an almond tree! The pool with sun deck measures 6 m x 4 m. Great wooden garden furniture, washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioning and gas grill - everything is there! The 106 sqm small finca was decorated in the typical Mallorcan style and has, with the brick kitchen and wooden beams in all rooms, its very special charm. Numerous wild cats live on our and the neighboring property. Since they were sometimes fed by guests and sometimes not, we decided two years ago to provide food and ask the guests to fill the bowls twice a day🙂! Please only book if that is not a problem for you! …even the occasional chicken gets lost to us. If the villa is not rented out, we also like to spend our vacation here as a family! For your needs during the stay, there are staff on site who you should only contact in an emergency. We are always the first point of contact and always available to you via our mobile phone to help you. Other things to note Three important points: We only want to rent to animal lovers! About six cats live on the property, and twice as many come to eat. We provide the food and ask you to book only if you are ready to feed the cats and you do not mind wild chickens. Pure finca life 🐔🐥🐈‍⬛🐈🐈‍⬛☺️! As can be seen in the photos, the pool area is elevated and not child-safe. In addition, a narrow, relatively steep staircase leads to the first floor. Please note this if you want to vacation here with smaller children. Our house is also not suitable for people with disabilities. As far as electricity consumption is concerned, we unfortunately have bad experiences (including air conditioners that run all day) and ask you to be careful not to use electricity unnecessarily.
