The Yanakie House and Cabins are situated on a peaceful property, surrounded by farmland and only minutes to the gate of Wilsons Promontory. Made up of the main house and 3 cabins, the property can comfortably sleep a total of 16 guests, with a portacot and additional sofabed available on request. We offer you beautiful, modern accommodation which is the perfect base for large families or groups, for those wanting to explore the Prom and all that South Gippsland has to offer! The space The Yanakie House and Cabins are made up of one main house and 3 cabins. Main house - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 8 guests Wattle - 1 bedroom, 1 fold out queen futon, 4 guests Banksia - 1 studio including bedroom and bathroom, 2 guests Bluegum - 1 studio including bedroom and bathroom, 2 guests Each of our cabins are well equipped with essentials, private bathrooms and kitchen/kitchenette. The Yanakie House (main house) is a superbly renovated house which offers 4 bedrooms with 2 x queen rooms and 2 x 2 king singles; 2 bathrooms, one of which is fully wheelchair accessible including toilet with rail and shower with seat. Other inclusions are a large laundry with front loading washing and dryer, large modern kitchen with all the cooking facilities you need, split system air conditioning, ceiling fans, wood heating, large open plan living/dining area, sofa bed in living area, large Weber BBQ, washing line and a gorgeous full deck surrounding the house. Next door is Wattle which comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with 1 bedroom queen size bed and 1 queen size sofa futon bed, separate bathroom, kitchenette, log burner, TV, RCA, BBQ and beautiful balcony. Banksia and Bluegum are the next cabins, which are studio style accommodation each sleeping 2 guests. Offering a queen bed, kitchenette, separate bathroom, TV, RCA, BBQ and balcony. This listing is to book out the entire property for a group of friends or family, this listing is not for event hire or parties. Guest access Guest access using lockbox, the 4 digit code will be given on the day of check in. Other things to note We also expect the cabin to be left just as it was found. In cases where this does not occur, the guest(s) will be charged additional cleaning fees. KEY POLICY: We do ask during your stay that you leave your key in the lock box at all times, to ensure it does not get lost. If you do happen to lose the key, we understand these things happen but we will ask for a transfer of $20 for a replacement.
