The apartment is perfect as a "base station" for those who need an affordable place to sleep when, for example, you are going to be in the Zoo all day. It is also quite quiet from the upper floor. Noise from the floor above can also occur, but we do our best to keep this to a minimum. This has been taken into account during pricing.
