There is the possibility to swim in the IJsselmeer in the immediate vicinity of the house and within walking distance there are also various beaches and parks. The train station is only 250 meters away and you can be in the center of Amsterdam within 30 minutes. Layout The total house is no less than 180 m2 and is cozy and stylishly decorated. The house features 8 beds and 5 bedrooms. As divided as follows: living room plus kitchen (45 square meters), 5 bedrooms (6 single beds and 1 double bed), 2 bathrooms with toilet, bathtub, 3rd toilet on the lower floor, garage, fitness, laundry and ironing area and a spacious south-facing garden with comfortable sitting area (50 square meters). The house is fully furnished and equipped with WiFi, cable TV and set of top top box (including Netflix). You can use the cutlery, microwave, oven, coffee machines, fridge, towels and all other comforts present. In the garage 1 car can be parked and several bicycles can be parked. At 50 meters walking distance there is a parking lot with plenty of parking spaces (2,50€ per day). If you stay longer, you can also apply for additional parking permits from the municipality of Hoorn.
