Located in peaceful Arthurs Point with views of the Shotover river and surrounded by mountains. We have a queen room available for up to 2 guests with private ensuite bathroom. Our quiet neighborhood is 7-10minutes drive/bus to downtown Queenstown. 15minutes to the top of Coronet Peak ski field. Short walk to local restaurants and entertainment, including the world famous Shotover Jet which you can watch skipping down the river from the comfort of your bed. The space Our modern, warm home was built in late 2020, provides your own private access self contained queen bedroom with ensuite, wi-fi, mini-fridge, jug & toaster. Overlooking the Shotover River, located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac the views from your room are vast uninterrupted. The room is suited to those looking for a place to rest, shower and enjoy breakfast before a day of activities & exploring what Queenstown has to offer. Guest access Located in the hidden gem that is Arthurs Point there is plenty on your doorstep. Coronet Peak Ski Field, Cafe's, Restaurants, Shotover Jet, 10pin Bowling, Onsen Hotpools & a number of short walks. 1 x guest carpark available at the end of our quiet cul-de-sac. Property access is via steep driveway with parking at bottom - you will need to walk up short steep driveway. Other things to note The cozy, compact and bright room is locked off from the rest of the house with no cooking or laundry facilities provided. There is also to be no cooking of meals on site, suitable for breakfast & tea/coffee or snacks. Please note that upstairs is a family home with young children and a dog who are up from 7am daily although we try to minimize the noise you can expect to hear them and we expect quiet time after 10pm. There is strictly no smoking on the property.
