Small country house between Amboise and Chenonceau Located in a peaceful hamlet in the heart of an equestrian property, this independent maisonette is ideal for a quiet stay. You will enjoy a private courtyard enclosed by a wooden fence, perfect for relaxing in peace. The environment is bucolic and surrounded by animals: horses, cats, chickens, rabbits... and even a pig! 🔕 Parties and events are not allowed in order to preserve the tranquility of the place. Naturally refreshed by its old, damp walls, it offers an ideal setting to unwind. 🛋️ Living Area The main room includes a sofa bed, a table with 6 chairs and a TV, perfect for your moments of relaxation. 🍽️ Equipped kitchen Functional and well equipped, the kitchen has: • Dishwasher • Hob + electric oven • Filter coffee maker and a Senseo • Steamer • Cookware • Raclette machine for 6 people • Electric plancha that can be used outdoors as a barbecue 👶 Baby highchair available (stored behind the refrigerator, available) 🛏️ Night side • A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a wardrobe • An en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet • A 90 cm folding bed is also available 🧺 Linen provided and beds ready on arrival • Sheets, duvets, pillows • Bathroom towels • Small first aid kit (compresses, disinfectant, etc.) ⏰ Schedules to be respected For a welcome in the best conditions, please respect the check-in and check-out times indicated. 🌿 A peaceful stay in a natural setting We want to preserve the tranquility of the place: • Parties, noisy or alcoholic evenings are strictly forbidden • After 11 p.m., exchanges and activities are done indoors, to respect the surrounding calm. Guest access You have access to the whole property. It is possible to walk around, see the horses and animals but do not enter the pastures/boxes and enclosures or feed them for their health. Other things to note The house is not intended or conducive to parties and celebrations!
