The house is very conveniently located near the intersection of I-75 and I-696 freeways. It only takes 10-15 min to get to downtown Detroit. The major Metro Detroit shopping areas are easily accessible: Oakland Mall: 10-15min Somerset Collection: 10-15min Twelve Oaks Mall: 25min Great Lakes Crossing Outlets: 30min The Alice House is also in close proximity to downtown Royal Oak and Ferndale with their restaurants, clubs and quaint shops. A lovely ranch home in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for anyone who wants to explore everything that Detroit has to offer. A quick drive to downtown or midtown Detroit, and easy access to all of the suburbs. Downtown Ferndale is 1.5 miles away and has lots of interesting shops, restaurants, and bars. Downtown Royal Oak, which is famous for its night life, is a ten-minute drive. Guests have access to shared bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a Smart TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi. I live in the area and am available for assistance as needed. Just call or text me with any questions or requests. A quiet residential neighborhood in close proximity to I-75. It is very safe, with kids playing in the street and friendly neighbors. Hazel Park is an up-and-coming city with lots of new restaurants. Uber and Lyft are easily available. Public transportation is not very convenient or reliable. Please check smartbus.org for a current bus schedule. The house is within walking distance to several shops, convenience stores, and pizza places. The house is non-smoking. Quiet time is 11 PM - 7 AM in order to provide a peaceful environment for all of the guests. Tea, coffee, breakfast cereal and milk are provided.
