The space The agritouristic establishment Mas Salom is part of an agrarian farm that has two full rent houses: this large house (masía for 12 people) and the small house (masovería for 6 people), which is rented separately. The pool is shared (in case the two houses are rented). In case of wanting exclusivity in the estate, extra fee must be paid (this allows to enjoy the pool and exterior as the only group, but does not give access to the interior of the small house). Our country house is ideal for children and family groups, we do not accept youth groups. Guest access - The cottage is a full rental. - You can enjoy all the amenities and areas (pool, barbecue, living room, outdoor...). 100% family-friendly! - The house has outdoor and pool furniture (tent with light, sun loungers, parasol, chairs...). - Each house has its own barbecue. - Kit of towels and linens for each guest included. - Equipped with high chairs, children's cribs, changer and bathtubs for babies - Children's play space for children Other things to note Tourism of Catalonia registration number: PG-000925 - Mandatory tourist tax: €1.32 per person per night. - Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter and long weekends, check prices. - Minimum Nights: 2 - Minimum stay July and August: 1 week / 1 fortnight. - Sleeps 12 - It is necessary to inform in advance of the expected check-in time. - Pets not allowed. - Smoking inside the house and rooms is NOT allowed. - Exclusivity fee on the estate: weekend €250, week €600, fortnight €1,000 (this only gives access to the inside of the large house).
