Tuscan house with spectacular lake views

The house, Casa dell'Angelo overlooks the picturesque Lake Gramolazzo in the Apuan Alps in Northern Tuscany. It has spectacular views of the lake and the Marble mountains beyond. It has a private garden on the lake shore with direct access to the lake. The space The house is light and airy with rendered walls and timber beamed ceilings, and windows that capture wonderful views of the lake and mountains. The patio has an outdoor setting and umbrella, ideal for dining alfresco. The house is also the only property by the lake with its own private enclosed garden area right on the lake shore complete with stone table and benches under a shady tree. It's the perfect spot to picnic and sunbake right by the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has every commodity you may need. The Lounge room has two leather sofas, one which converts to a double sofa bed, and a flat screen tv. The bedrooms on the first floor both have a queen size bed, wardrobe and tallboy for storing your clothes and belongings (Bedroom 2 also has a sofa bed that sleeps 2 so in total it sleeps 4 people whilst bedroom 1 sleeps 2 people). Positioned by the lake, the house is cool during the summer months. There are two freestanding fans for use. It has central heating for the winter months (charged separately). Guest access It's a two level, stand alone house with a patio for dining alfresco and its own parking bay on the property. Additional parking is available opposite the house. The entire property is fenced and has gates so it's very safe for children. The enclosed garden opposite the house, on the lake shore with stone table and benches is for guest use also. Other things to note During the summer months, on certain weekends, there are various events held by the lake, like triathlons, fishing competitions or motorbike shows. These vary from one year to the next. All bedding and towels are provided. Extra linen provided when guest stay, extends over one week. Cleaning is included in pricing. Heating in winter is charged at 4 Euro per cubic metre. This can be monitored and use determined by reading the gas meter located outside on the rear wall of the house. A reading is taken on arrival and at departure. PLEASE NOTE: There is a local Shire Tourist Tax payable of 1 Euro per night per guest for the first 15 days stay. Children under 14 years of age do not pay. This is arranged with our Property Manager, Gianna. As per Italy's security standards, we are required to register all guests with the local authority. We will request your email address to forward you the Tourist Registration form. Please fill out and return as soon as you can. Once the Tourist Registration form is returned to Gianna, she will issue the lockbox code to access the house keys.
