The Estate Studio in Downtown Milford

This is a private, very clean and comfortable room (with full bath) in the shopping district of Downtown Milford. Your view will find the river bank just past a city park and you'll be walking distance to numerous specialty restaurants and shops in a town with plenty to do and plenty to see. Fast and reliable WiFi, a flat screen TV with movie options galore, a mini fridge and and coffee maker for mornings on the porch just outside your door. Come for a visit, you'll be glad you did. The space WE PROVIDE... * an exceptionally clean and well maintained property designed to exceed your expectations * a comfortable Mattress with daughter approved pillows, linens and blankets * several quality throw blankets * bottled water included * a Keurig, several K-cups, Cream, sugar, and coffee cups provided to get you up and running in the morning * a shower with solid water temps and pressure * quality shampoo, conditioner, body soap and soft towels * paper towels, napkins, facial tissue, and bath tissue. * games and puzzles for 'you' time * YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, and Netflix all loaded and just a few clicks away * comfortable front porch for relaxing with built in smart speaker * a BBQ Grill and patio (out back) in warmer months with outdoor smart speakers * keyless, contactless, coded entry allows for check-in on your schedule (Normally after 3pm the first day - but we sometimes get you in early) * incidentals in case your forgot something * Iron and board, ceiling fan, hair dryer * well-placed extension cords for charging needs * any assistance you may need to make your stay memorable * Breakfast and coffee at the Market just a 1/2 block toward town. Coffee shop 1.5 blocks. Short morning stroll. * Store your bicycles in the garage out back. At your request, you'll be provided with the same keycode as your unit door... so access is on your schedule. * We are in an Designated Outdoor Recreation Area (DORA) which means you can walk around with your drink provided it is in a designated cup. Guidelines will be provided. * Milford also allows Golf Carts. You'll see plenty, and some will even give rides uptown. Not sure but a thumb and a leg out in the roadway may do the trick. * As your host, my goal is to make your stay memorable. You will find me attentive and helpful so just ask. Guest access Parking is on the street and normally the spots right out front are available. Milford is a walking neighborhood and the bike trail is a couple blocks so bring your bike and store it in the garage out back. Other things to note There are seven well lit steps (solid railing) to access the unit from the street. Your door is off the front porch. You will be provided detailed and easy to follow check-in information the morning before your arrival. I keep my guests informed.
