In winter, the location is just as good, with close proximity to everything. The house has four bedrooms plus an attic with a double bed and great views. TV, internet, laundry room. You share the house with the host, to the extent that he is not traveling, as he often is. The space Prestvika is a cozy, sheltered part of the river Otra's outlet in Byfjorden in Kristiansand. Prestvika is the innermost, sheltered part of the headland called Galgebergtangen. This is an exclusive part, the inner filet of the so-called Kuholmen, the district of Lund's seaside. The detached house is originally from 1917, but fully renovated. It is a five-minute walk over the bridge to Kristiansand city center. The house contains a large, beautiful living room, with exit to the porch, garden and outdoor living room with barbecue. The kitchen is large, has all amenities and an oak table. The house has four bedrooms on the second floor, all with double beds. The house has two tiled bathrooms with a shower cabin, one with a bathtub. At the top is an attic room with TV and sleeping alcoves with a large double bed. Outside is a large and very sunny porch, an outdoor living room with pergola, covered with wild honeysuckle. Parts of the outdoor living room are also roofed, perfect for days that are a bit too warm, or if it rains a little while you are in barbecue mode. The house is perfectly located for those who want to combine bathing on the nearest beach, Blomsbukt, trips to the Zoo and walks to museums, cafes and restaurants in Kvadraturen, Kilden or Bystranda. Aquarama is our newest offer here in Kristiansand, which is a large water park for the whole family. It is conveniently located right across the river from the house, ten minutes on foot. Surf wave, hot tub, climbing wall, diving board, water slides, spa and much more. Kilden, which is our cultural house, is also located in Kristiansand city center, and not far away we also have the ferry terminals of Color Line and Fjordline if you want a quick trip to Denmark. Here is a bustling nightlife on nice summer evenings. Summer at Torvet is very popular, and from this home you don't need a car to enjoy the evening there. If you want to jog, just run along the river and up to Bymarka, with great trails and nice bathing water. Tennis club with nice facilities 300 meters away. Guest access Lawn, outdoor fireplace in the outdoor living room with garden furniture. Large, sunny veranda. It comes with two parking spaces in front of the garage. If necessary, there is street parking for more. The house has close access to the city center. You can walk to the city to go to Bystranda, or visit cafes and restaurants. Kristiansand has a vibrant social life in the summer. During your stay I am usually very easily accessible. Other things to note I rent out up to three bedrooms, and thus have the opportunity to accommodate groups.
