We include 2 substantial high quality cooked breakfasts & have 2 log fires. Our pub is friendly and contemporary. Beautiful walks and cycle routes surround us with numerous historic sites. The space Relax in your beautiful, spacious bedroom and help yourself to the minibar or sit by the log burner. Numerous walks and cycle routes immediately from the garden gate. Enjoy the garden and terrace and eat in the quaint dining room. Fresh flowers are always in the bedroom and dining room. Other things to note The house is over 100 years old and has a tranquil atmosphere. The hamlet is quiet but only ten minutes drive from Leamington and Warwick, fifteen to Stratford. You can fully relax with no light, air or traffic pollution. All food sourced from Warwickshire and cooked fresh daily.
