Other things to note The house is over 100 years old and has a tranquil atmosphere. The hamlet is quiet but only ten minutes drive from Leamington and Warwick, fifteen to Stratford. You can fully relax with no light, air or traffic pollution. All food sourced from Warwickshire and cooked fresh daily.
