Rental unit in Hamburg

The refuge is located next to the pedestrian zone Altona-Altstadt between a restaurant and a SHISHA BAR!!! They're sometimes loud! The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, the city center is 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out at 11:00 am. No kitchen! The apartment is located in converted commercial premises. Housing protection number 23-0034073-24 The space The property can only be reached through the rear courtyard garden via stairs. In the south room facing the street there is a solid wood bed (160 x 200); there is a small dressing room, a separate toilet and shower as well as the entrance room with closet, table and chairs and a coffee kitchen with small fridge. Towels and linens are provided. The apartment is only suitable for 2 people sharing the bed; it is too small for several people. Smoking is only allowed in the garden, but please not in the accommodation. Attention: Right next door is a SHISHA BAR with outdoor area. Aromas are perceptible, and sounds from the bar or its ventilation system can also be heard. In the rear courtyard there is a kindergarten, which is why children's noise is also to be expected. I have no control over the behavior of the neighbors. There is no cooking, no toaster or egg cooker and no microwave! Only hot drinks can be prepared. Bikes can be parked in the backyard. TV only receives public service channels! And: The stains on the Terrazzo natural floor unfortunately come from the disinfectants and no longer go away :( The apartment is located in the basement, which is reflected in the price. Guest access The apartment is only accessible through the house and over the garden. It goes up and down a few steps. Wi-Fi and TV (public service channels only) are available, the rear courtyard garden can be used and is also available to all residents. Other things to note Please refrain from loud conversations in the garden after 10:00 pm out of consideration for the neighbors. The stains on the natural stone floor come from the disinfectants and unfortunately cannot be removed :(( TV can only receive public service programs. No cooking. Registration Details Exempt
