The space The house is large, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed; a bathroom with toilet and bathtub, an office with a computer, a printer and a sofa bed, a large fully equipped kitchen with a table and a very bright 50 m2 double living room, south facing with large French windows and overlooking the terrace and garden. There is also a separate toilet and a garage with a washer-dryer accessible to guests. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed of 160 x 200 for one and 140 x 200 for the other. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. The neighborhood is residential, peaceful and very quiet. Well served, 25 min from Tours by bus and 15 min by car. The Loire is 5 minutes' drive away (30 minutes' walk along the small paths). Pleasant walks to take along the Loire. The Loire Valley castles are all between 30 minutes and 1 hour drive. The Futuroscope is a 1-hour drive as is the Beauval Zoo Park or Le Mans. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, garage, garden and 4.5 m diameter above-ground pool. Other things to note The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, a printer and a desktop computer in the office on the ground floor. There is a TV with a large screen, French and English channels (BBC) are available as well as a DVD player. Many DVDs are available for adults and children.
