Hello Homey! Lovely fully renovated studio in Neapolis, Exarchia, one of the most prominent urban neighbourhoods in the heart of Athens. Being close to public transport stations (bus), yet in walking-distance from a variety of historic landmarks and must-see places in the city, this studio offers an ideal accommodation for individual travelers and loving couples as well. The space Cosy and renovated 30sqm studio on raised ground-floor, located in the boheme neighbourhood of Neapolis, Exarchia. Offering one double bed, two comfortable sofas and a small balcony on its back side with a relaxing garden view, the studio is ideal for up to two guests. It provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 25-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while metro stations (Panepistimio, Omonia, Ampelokipi) are only 20 minutes away from the studio. Bus stops in two-blocks distance are also at hand to ease your transportation around the city. The terrace of the apartment building where I live (20 minute walk from the apartment) is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks. The studio is pretty close to other apartments of ours, so, if you have friends or guests coming over, let them know there’s place for everyone!
