This is an atypical village house located in the historic center of Badalucco, a short walk to the Argentina River. The interior has been fully restored to provide all the comforts you need. A few steps further on you will find a dry stone patio, at the entrance to the house and its outbuilding. Without any overlooking, you will appreciate its garden in the form of a terrace and its outdoor kitchen. Jacuzzi available by reservation 80 EUR/week, July/August. The space From Casa Marocha you get an unobstructed view of the Argentina River and the village of Montalto. The apartment has its own private entrance to access its haven of greenery. A few steps later you will reach a 15 m2 dry stone patio without anyone opposite you to enjoy meals with family or friends around a barbecue. Its garden in the form of terraces will allow you to sunbathe while enjoying the view. On its left is a 15 m2 stone-clad outbuilding, you enter a master bedroom (160 bed) which has its own shower room, toilet and TV. On its right, you access the entrance to the very bright apartment, with an unobstructed view of the village and olive groves. It is equipped with a kitchen open to the dining room (TV), a shower room, a master bedroom (140 bed) and a small bedroom with bunk beds ideal for children, We provide a laundry room with washing machine, possibility to drop off your bikes, strollers, suitcases etc... IMPORTANT - For the maintenance of the garden and the jacuzzi we are required to visit you while respecting your privacy as much as possible. - Jacuzzi available by reservation 80 EUR/week, July/August. Its use requires your cooperation in order to keep it clean during your stay. In the event of a municipal by-law due to drought, it is possible that you will no longer be able to use the Jacuzzi; as soon as I have the information you will be informed. A deposit of 400 euro will be required upon arrival and returned upon departure. PLEASE NOTE, since July 1, 2023, a tourist tax of 1 EUR per person for anyone over 12 years old is to be paid upon arrival. IMPORTANT FOR LONG STAYS (from OCTOBER) - Electricity is extra, i.e. 0.35 eur per KW - Possibility to use electric heaters but also the pellet stove, plan to purchase pellet bags and regular maintenance of the latter. Other things to note You benefit from 3 large free communal parking lots. Once parked, all the shops you need for your stay are in Badalucco at competitive prices. I invite you to continue with a Sprit or Proseco aperitif before a typical Ligurian meal. Stroll with a "Made Italy" ice cream in the streets of Badalucco to discover its many medieval churches and bridges. Open your eyes wide, art is omnipresent around every corner. Why not end your day with a glass of wine at Vinotika, Piazza Duomo. You will be welcomed there for a discovery of Italian and French wines accompanied by hearty tapas.
