Fully restored, it combines authentic charm with modern comfort. From the property, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Argentina River and the village of Montalto Ligure, in a peaceful natural setting 🌿 A few steps lead you to a 15 m² dry-stone patio, with no overlooking neighbors, located at the entrance to the house and its outbuilding (the suite) – an ideal space for meals with family or friends around a barbecue. From the patio, you can access several outdoor areas designed for relaxation: An outdoor kitchen with stunning views of Montalto Ligure, perfect for dining in the shade away from the heat Deck chairs to enjoy the sun in complete privacy ☀️ On your right, a path leads to a relaxation area with a hot tub and hammock, perfect for relaxing with a view of the Argentina River 🌿. 🛏️ Interior The apartment consists of two separate spaces: 🏠 Main apartment Kitchen open to the dining room (French TV) Shower room with toilet Master bedroom (140 bed) Small bedroom with bunk beds (ideal for children) 🪨 Annex (the independent suite) Master bedroom (160 cm bed) Shower room with toilet TV (Italian channels) 🧺 Additional equipment A laundry room with a washing machine is available for your use. It is shared with my parents. ⚠️ Important information The house is located in a typical Ligurian village, full of charm. Access is via several staircases and uphill/downhill paths; the gardens are in the form of unsecured terraces. 👉 Traveling light recommended 👉 Good physical fitness required 👉Not suitable for infants / young children 🦟 Mosquitoes The house is located near the Argentine River, which can result in the presence of mosquitoes, especially in summer. We recommend that you bring mosquito repellent for added comfort during your stay. 💶 Security deposit & tourist tax A damage deposit of €400 will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure. In accordance with the regulations in force, a tourist tax of €1 per person per day is payable upon your arrival. (for anyone over 12 years old). The Jacuzzi is available upon reservation (€80/week in July–August). Please let me know when you book your stay. Using it requires your cooperation in keeping it clean during your stay. For the maintenance of the Jacuzzi and the garden, we may need to carry out work during your stay, respecting your privacy as much as possible. 👉 In the event of a municipal restriction related to drought, the use of the hot tub may be suspended. Of course, you will be informed as soon as possible. Guest access ℹ️ Conditions based on the length of stay 📅 Stays outside of July–August The suite is not available for bookings of fewer than 4 people. 📆 Monthly Stays - Extra electricity: €0.35/kWh. Heating available via electric radiators and pellet stove 👉 Plan to purchase pellet bags and maintain the stove - Internet limited to 300 GB. 👉 After that, a supplement of €10 will be requested for recharging. - Household products are not provided; please bring your own. - Linens and towels are not provided. Duvets (see bed dimensions), pillows, mattress protectors, and bath mats are provided. Other things to note ！ Check-in & Check-out Please send me your arrival and departure times ONE DAY BEFORE your check-in and check-out. I work at the same time and don't live on the premises (30 minutes' drive away), so it is essential that the stated check-in and check-out times are respected. If you're running late, please let me know as soon as your GPS indicates it or as soon as you know, so I can make arrangements. I work at my bar. Please send me a message, but more importantly, give me a call. 👉 Without prior notice, you may have to wait for me, or, depending on the time, I may not be able to guarantee that I will be there when you arrive. 🧳 Luggage I can help you transport your luggage with my car, depending on your arrival time and my workload. 👉 Service available only between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. 👉 Not available for check-ins after 5 p.m. and check-outs before 10 a.m. Thank you for understanding. 🚗 Access There is a small road that leads to the foot of the house, but it is very narrow and difficult to access. It is strongly discouraged to use it. ➡️ It is a dead end with a U-turn area: parking there is prohibited. 🅿️ Parking & meeting point 👉 The recommended parking lot is the 2nd one after leaving the historic center, located opposite the pharmacy (on your left). You'll recognize it just before the UMAMI restaurant sign. 👉 This is also the meeting point for your arrival. 👉 A first parking lot is available at the entrance to the village (near the soccer field) 🛍️ Shops All the necessary shops are located in Badalucco. Dogs are welcome 🐶 If your dog gets on the beds, please let us know and bring your own bedding. 🌿 Suggested walk in Badalucco Fancy experiencing la dolce vita? Start the day with a cappuccino and a filled brioche (cream, jam, or chocolate) at a village café ☕ Continue with an aperitif—spritz or Prosecco—before enjoying a traditional Ligurian meal.
