A few blocks way from all the food, wine and art that this waterfront town offers; return to your own secluded backyard with heated salt water pool. The space This unique country cottage has everything you need, including a large dining tables (indoors and outdoors), and several lounge areas. Large brick patio, 12’x26” salt water pool, new BBQ, herbs growing for your use.... this house was made for relaxation. POOL NOTES (REQUIRED): ***** NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED IN OR BY THE POOL ***** ***** LOCK GATE AND COVER POOL WHEN POOL NOT IN USE ***** - POOL HEAT: renter has control of whether pool heater is on or off, and is responsible for cost of propane to heat pool. But you probably will NOT need to heat pool at all during summer months - at end of each day, closed auto-cover holds in heat from the day’s sun. - POOL: keep closed with auto-cover when not in use- this is for SAFETY, temp control, plus it keeps it cleaner for you. - POOL is there for your enjoyment; please use responsibly. Deep end is 5’8”, so NO DIVING. ACCESSIBILITY: The first floor can accommodate someone less mobile: There is only one small step up to the back door of the house (ramp available). See accessibility section for details of first floor bathroom. The walk-in shower has seat, and is next to the Den, which has a sofabed for sleeping if person unable to manage stairs to upstairs bedrooms. Guest access Guests can use all bedrooms and all common areas. Space has been made in closets, dressers and pantry for guest use. Basement is not for use, unless access is needed for breaker box. Other things to note There is a NO SMOKING, and NO PET Policy at the house. Children TEN and older are welcome :) NOTE: BRAND NEW 12’x26’ inground, heated salt water pool is there for your pleasure!
