There are 2 main bedrooms with queen size beds and a third bedroom with 2 single beds and there are 2 day beds in the main lounge/dining area. Your kitchen should have everything you need. While all cottages have the same bedroom and floor layout, each one is furnished in different colours. The space A unique Australian experience. A historic gold rush river runs through the property and nearby are towns full of history when they were part of the gold rush back in the 1850's. Guest access Your cottage is fully self-contained and self-catering with a log fireplace, outdoor gas BBQ, private campfire areas with camp chairs and hammock. Just bring your own food and wine and enjoy the company of friends and family or enjoy a romantic getaway. There is even a Nespresso coffee machine for yummy cappuccino. Enjoy long walks in the bush - there's over 6000 acres at your doorstep. Try your hand at goldpanning. Horseriding and canoeing are available for an extra charge. Go swimming in the natural trout river that runs through the property. Take a day trip to a neighbouring town. Other things to note By special design, there is no mobile and limited wifi availability at Turon - a true break from city life. We are self-catering so bring your food and drinks and a beach towel with you if you like the idea of swimming in the river. Turon Gates is off grid and is environmentally friendly and we use only gas and solar energy. For your complete rest and relaxation there is limited wifi in the cottage. There is a landline telephone where you can receive calls and make local phone calls. See Getting around section. We will need to email you directions to your accommodation.
