My second-floor 3, three-bedroom apartment is 5 miles from Buffalo International Airport and approximately 7 miles from downtown Buffalo and all its venues. Our neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I have several stores, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. PARKING: Street parking in Spring/Summer/Fall. Parking behind the house in winter. Please, the driveway is only for loading and unloading. I ask that you please don’t block the driveway or block the entry door. Thank you. The space I use NEST for our guests to access the upstairs apartment. NEST is a keyless entry in which I provide you with a personal code to use during your stay.
