My second-floor 3, three-bedroom apartment is 5 miles from Buffalo International Airport and approximately 7 miles from downtown Buffalo and all its venues. Our neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I have several stores, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. PARKING: Street parking in Spring/Summer/Fall. Parking behind the house in winter. Please, the driveway is only for loading and unloading. I ask that you please don’t block the driveway or block the entry door. Thank you. I use NEST for our guests to access the upstairs apartment. NEST is a keyless entry in which I provide you with a personal code to use during your stay. I live on the premises and can be available if you'd like. I have a very nice and secure neighborhood with pharmacies CVS, Walgreen, and Rite Aid. Restaurants as a Tony's Pizzeria, Athens, MacDonald's, San Marco, Wherle, SnyderBar and Grill, Vin-Chet Bakery, Wheatberry Bakery, Dairy Queen Store, Golden Dragon (Chinese). Tops supermarket and other places within walking distance. I am located 1 mile away from route 33 connecting with the route 90 (Statal highway) and also 290 highway. Also, we have one block distance a bus stop in Cleveland Drive 32 and 67 bus route. Available even Uber and Lyft
